Companies wishing to maximize their profile at the Bulk Ports, Terminals and Logistics Conference and Exhibition will benefit from international publicity offered by sponsorship. As an Official Sponsor, your latest full colour logo will be included as an Event Sponsor in the following:

The official conference program distributed worldwide All international event advertising, direct mail and public relations The official Dry Cargo Events website Sponsorship acknowledgement during the Opening Ceremony and by the conference moderator during the Conference The Welcome Arch at the main entrance to the Exhibition and Conference The front cover of the CD ROM containing all speakers’ bios and conference papers distributed to all  participants

Event Name Badge Lanyards - SOLD

 

All event participants are given a name badge at registration. Attached to the name badge is a lanyard worn by all participants. Your company’s colour logo will be exclusively printed on the length of the lanyard in a highly visible format. This does not include name tag sponsorship.

All event participants are given an identification name tag. Your company’s colour logo will be exclusively printed in full colour across the front of all name tags distributed to every event participant throughout the event. This does not include lanyard sponsorship.

All conference delegates are given a set of conference papers in a ring binder. Sponsorship of the Ring Binder includes printing your latest colour logo across the front along with a photograph on the front cover.

All conference delegates are given a set of conference papers on CD-ROM. Sponsorship of the CD ROM’s includes printing your latest colour logo across the CD ROM front covers plus your latest colour brochure included in the CD ROMs content.

An effective method of guaranteeing that all conference delegates receive a copy of your latest colour brochure is to have your brochure distributed within the conference delegate bag. Guaranteed brochure distribution to every conference participant       

Your company’s latest full colour logo is exclusively printed across the front of all directional signage throughout the Exhibition and Conference.

  

 

Your company can have 3 full-sized indoor banners positioned in high traffic areas i.e. in front of the Event Registration Desk, outside the Conference hall and inside the Exhibition area. Sponsorship per 3 banners provided by sponsor.

The Welcome Reception is first of two evening social functions at the Official Hotel. All participants and spouses enjoy the opportunity to network with fellow industry colleagues and friends during a relaxed sociable evening with food and drinks. The Sponsor is invited to say words of welcome during the function and have marketing materials and branding throughout the function. All arrangements are taken care of by the organizers.    

During the event, refreshments will be served 3 times a day. Your company’s colour logo will be printed as a Main Sponsor in the conference brochure. Your company can display literature at the refreshment serving points throughout the day as well as table banners with your logo. Sponsorship of 2 Conference Delegate Refreshment breaks per day.  

Your company’s colour logo will be displayed as a Main Sponsor in the conference brochure distributed worldwide. Your company has the opportunity to display promotional literature in the delegates’ dining area as well as table banners with your logo. Lunch sponsorship per day. 
 
VIP’s, delegates, exhibitors and speakers have the opportunity to unwind and network with business contacts and meet industry colleagues on the last evening. The sponsor will have the opportunity of having merchandising and marketing materials at the function. Arrangements are made by the sponsor.
